Cabrera armchair, Mediterranean essence

During these months we continue working on new designs for chill out decoration that we will show you little by little. In this post we present a piece of Mediterranean essence that we will soon include in our catalog: the Cabrera Armchair.

Inspired by the island of the same name, located south of Mallorca, this comfortable sofa evokes with its design the white sands and the special luminosity of its beautiful coastline. The minimalist and elegant lines of the Cabrera armchair – available in one or two bodies – underline Mies van der Rohe‘s motto: ‘Less is more’.

To the already known lines of chill out furniture with straight shapes and classic geometric structures we add a futuristic touch that is starting to become a trend. Its stylized chrome legs, 10 centimeters high, contribute to accentuate this modern air that, far from excesses and stridency, seeks to inspire progress through decoration.

Due to the softness of its lines, the Cabrera armchair can add a chill out, lounge or minimalist touch to the interior design of a house or premises, depending on its combination with the rest of the furniture. It is ideal for the living room or the decoration of premises, but it is also adapted for outdoors, marking the elegance of simplicity in terraces of drinks or swimming pools. With this in mind, it is upholstered in high-density poly-leather that does not absorb stains and is easy to clean. It also has a wooden structure and moldable materials combined with a resistant surface.

It is an armchair in the line of the Nantes sofas, although somewhat higher than usual (70 centimeters, including the legs) and with a higher armrest, too. The one-piece model has a completely square shape (70 centimeters wide), like the classic cubic chill out puff, and the two-piece model is rectangular (120 centimeters wide). It can be chosen in any color of our range and with cushions (optional).

In short, a chill out armchair with which to add a different touch that will not go unnoticed.
