    Methods of payment

    • Credit card (recommended): payment is made immediately, thus speeding up the shipping process.
    • Bank transfer: payment may take up to 24 hours. Sending us proof of payment can expedite the shipping process. Once you make the purchase please send it to info@fiaka.es.
    • Financing through SeQura: we will proceed to process the order immediately.
    • Paypal: Once the order is confirmed, the page will redirect you to the PayPal website, where you will have to identify yourself, if you are already a customer, and make payment. Once we have confirmed on the PayPal page that your payment has been made correctly, we will proceed to process the order.

    How does the financing work?

    Pay in 3, 6 or 12 monthly installments. Immediate, paperless and with only a fixed cost per installment.

    How does it work?

    All other payments will be automatically charged to your card. In addition, you can pay the total amount of your order at any time without additional costs.

    How much does this service cost?

    The cost of the service is from 3 to 12€ per installment, depending on the amount of the order. There is no interest and there is no additional payment.

    Shipping and transportation

    Where can I receive my order?

    You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.). We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Delivery times depend on the selected shipping zone and on the products and quantity. At Fiaka Ambient we work with several transport companies: MRW, Zeleris, Transabadell, Cayco and Eurocargo.

    Deadlines according to shipping zones

    Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)

    The transport in peninsula is of 24/48 hours, since it leaves our facilities, the delivery times vary according to the product and availability of the same one, consult for each case.

    Balearic Islands

    Shipments to the Balearic Islands take 4-5 working days, from the time it leaves our facilities, delivery times vary depending on the product and availability of the same, check for each case.

    Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

    These areas have a shipping time of 7-8 working days, from the time it leaves our facilities, delivery times vary depending on the product and availability of the same, consult for each case.

    Important note on shipping

    • Palletized shipments, in no case, will be unloaded inside the domicile or premises. The transport agency will be responsible for choosing the unloading site at the delivery address.
    • These deadlines are subject to stock availability.
    • Special parts (or orders with a large quantity of parts) may require a longer lead time.
    • Customs or transport retentions may vary delivery times.

    Shipping and handling

    Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)

    • Normal shipments (e.g. puffs): 18,90€/bulk via MRW 24h.
    • Palletized shipments (e.g. Balinese beds, sofas or large quantities): from 45€/pallet through Cayco/Eurocargo/Transabadell (depending on area and product).

    For large quantities the costs can be modified and we will always contact the customer.

    Balearic Islands

    Shipping to the Balearic Islands has a price of 85€, VAT included, per box, not per unit, as there are many products that can go in the same box.

    Frequently asked questions about shipping

    How can I track the status of my order?

    Through “my account” in orders placed you will be able to see the status of your order. You will also be provided as soon as possible with your shipment’s dispatch number, so that you can track your shipment as closely as possible. If for any reason you do not receive it, you can request it by sending an email to info@fiaka.es or calling 958 521 433.

    What is the home delivery process?

    We will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is about to leave the warehouse), another one with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company’s website). If you do not receive this email, you can call us at 958521433 or use our chat service to inform you about the status of your order.

    What if I am not at home when the courier arrives?

    In the event that you are not at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave a record or contact you by telephone. We recommend contacting the courier agency or our customer service department to arrange the next delivery.

    Warranties and returns

    Note on warranty

    Outdoor parts are designed for normal environmental conditions. They are not designed to withstand heavy rain or to remain outdoors in winter. They need to protect themselves. Bright colors do not have total fastness to sunlight. You can see our maintenance tips here.

    Bright colors in outdoor nylon fabrics shorten their useful life with repeated exposure to the sun and may fade. It will not be accepted as a claim. Please contact us. An improper use of the material, either a bad treatment or a lack of recommended maintenance (e.g. storing pieces in winter, stuffing of soft/puff pieces, proper cleaning, etc.) Visit this link for more information.

    What is the warranty on the product?

    In case of defective product, the seller may proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free of charge for the consumer and user. The seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

    The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it either by e-mail to info@fiaka.es or by phone at 958 521 433 rotary lines.

    The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile.

    Returns

    A. Breakage or damage in transit

    In case the package arrives broken, in bad conditions or if the carrier is perceived to have mishandled it, it is important to leave a record on the delivery note, in order to process the claim with the carrier within the following 24 hours.

    You should then contact our customer service department at 958 521433 or by email at info@fiaka.es, as soon as possible after receipt of the order. In the email it will be necessary to indicate the order number, and if necessary provide graphic documentation (photos) of the incident.

    B. Change of color or model

    If you wish to exchange the received item for a similar one with other features, colors, etc. You must first contact us by sending an email to info@fiaka.es with your order and contact information and the change you are requesting. We will get back to you as soon as possible to make the change with a breakdown of the amount and the estimated time for the change. The consumer shall be responsible for the shipping costs of transport. If the item to be exchanged is of a lower price than the one purchased, the difference will be paid in the same payment method in which the order was placed (always discounting delivery and pick-up shipping). It is also possible to exchange for an article of a higher value by paying the difference and the shipping costs derived from the exchange.

    The exchange will be made in the same delivery, the courier will deliver the new product and will pick up the material to be exchanged. It will need to be packed for optimal shipping. The exchange will take place within 14 working days from the delivery of the order.

    Remember that the colors of the item may vary from the colors previewed on the website, and even the shades of the same colored fabrics may vary depending on the fabric. Colors may vary on each monitor/computer depending on its configuration.

    C. Factory defects

    In the event that the product arrives in poor condition or is defective, you should contact our customer service department at 958 521 433 or by email to info@fiaka.es, as soon as possible after receiving it, indicating the order number and a brief description of the incident. If necessary, graphic documentation (photographs) of the incident will be requested in order to help us find the best solution. The maximum response time for complaints is 7 business days.

    You will be informed of the procedure to be followed at all times. In case of repair or replacement of the part, the transport company will be responsible for collecting the damaged product at the same address where it was initially delivered. The customer/end user must deliver the damaged product to the courier properly packaged (preferably in the original packaging). The replacement or repaired part will be shipped within 14 working days after the incident is reported.

    D. Withdrawal of purchase

    According to the regulatory basis Art. 97.1.i) LGDCU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. The maximum response time for complaints is 7 business days.

    In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period. In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

    We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods and checked the condition of the goods (use, cleanliness, damage, etc.) at our premises. The refund period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

To return your goods you must pack them correctly (preferably in their original packaging) so that they do not suffer during the return transport.

    You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

    The following cases will not be accepted in this return section

    • The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
    • For health and hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, such as mattresses and puff beds. With the exception of those that present manufacturing defects and are within 2 months from the date of purchase.
    • Continuously used, dirty, damaged or mishandled products.

    The collection and automated processing of personal data is aimed at maintaining the business relationship and the performance of tasks of information, training, advice and other activities of Fiaka Ambient S.L.     Data collected by users of the services

    In cases where the user includes files with personal data on shared hosting servers, Fiaka Ambient S.L. is not responsible for the user’s failure to comply with the Data Protection Act.

    Data retention in accordance with the LSSI Fiaka Ambient S.L. informs that, as a data hosting service provider and under the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), retains for a maximum period of 12 months the information necessary to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which the service was initiated. The retention of this data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used in the context of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public safety, being made available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that so requires.     Fiaka Ambient S.L. is the owner of all copyrights, intellectual and industrial property rights, know-how and any other rights related to the contents of the website https://www.fiaka.es and the services offered therein, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information. The reproduction, publication and/or non strictly private use of the contents, in whole or in part, of the https://www.fiaka.es website is not permitted without prior written consent.

    Software intellectual property

    The user must respect third party programs made available by Fiaka Ambient S.L., even if they are free and/or publicly available.

    Fiaka Ambient S.L. has the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights of the software.

    The user does not acquire any right or license for the contracted service, on the software necessary for the provision of the service, nor on the technical information for monitoring the service, except for the rights and licenses necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted services and only for the duration of the same. For any action that exceeds the fulfillment of the contract, the user will need written authorization from Fiaka Ambient S.L., being prohibited the user to access, modify, view the configuration, structure and files of the servers owned by Fiaka Ambient S.L., assuming the civil and criminal liability arising from any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct result of a negligent or malicious action on their part.

    Intellectual property of hosted content

    The use contrary to the legislation on intellectual property of the services provided by Fiaka Ambient S.L. and, in particular, of:

    Use that is contrary to Spanish law or infringes the rights of third parties.

    The publication or transmission of any content that, in the opinion of Fiaka Ambient S.L., is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic or defamatory.

    The user will indemnify Fiaka Ambient S.L. for the expenses generated by the imputation of Fiaka Ambient S.L. in any cause whose responsibility is attributable to the user, including fees and legal defense costs, even in the case of a non-final court decision.

    Protection of hosted information

    Fiaka Ambient S.L. makes backup copies of the contents hosted on its servers, however it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the full replacement of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup. The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the contents preserved in the backup copies made by Fiaka Ambient S.L., when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with the prior acceptance of the user. The replacement of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of the content is due to causes attributable to Fiaka Ambient SL.

    Commercial communications

    In application of the LSSI. Fiaka Ambient S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by e-mail or other equivalent means of electronic communication that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients thereof.

    In the case of users with whom there is a previous contractual relationship, Fiaka Ambient S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications concerning products or services of Fiaka Ambient S.L. that are similar to those that were initially contracted with the customer. In any case, the user may request that no further commercial information be sent to him/her through the Customer Service channels, after proving his/her identity.
