Although chill out decoration is usually associated with warm seasons, as it is the style par excellence of terraces, summer spaces, swimming pools and outdoor areas, its aesthetics, as we have already mentioned on occasion, is ideal for designing comfortable environments, regardless of the time of year. Not surprisingly, any time is a good time to rest comfortably and forget about stress. And if any maxim distinguishes and identifies this type of interior design is the creation of spaces that transmit peace and invite you to relax. Whether it’s watching the spring bloom, the coastline in summer, the autumnal ochres… or the white snow. If in previous posts we compiled decoideas for an autumn chill out, this time we summarize some tips for a winter chill out & lounge decoration:
Winter textiles To dress your chill out decoration in winter, it is best to opt for a warm carpet, either long pile, wool, fur …. that also transmits a sense of comfort and keeps the cold out of the room.

Cushions, cushions and puff of all kinds (whether rigid, soft or puff chairs) have become hallmarks of the chill out decoration, as you well know. In winter we can give a new look to these icons with covers made of wool, velvet, corduroy… or any other winter fabric. In the case of the puff, you can also choose to place warm textiles on its surface and even a cushion.
If you have wooden or stone seats at home, the best thing to do is to increase their comfort and warmth with cushions or custom-made cushions.
White, the quintessential color of the chill out style, but also browns, ochers, lilacs and grays are good options to dress your chill out decoration in winter.
