That is why our puff padding, beads manufactured exclusively to offer the perfect diameter (approx. 5mm), achieving an ideal balance between lightness and support. Unlike standard white cork, our filling is made of expanded polystyrene with quick recovery memory. This technical property allows the beads to recover their initial spherical shape after compression under body weight, restoring the puff to its anatomical structure and preventing premature cushioning.

This puff filler, technically known under acronyms such as EPS or polystyrene, has been optimized for the Contract sector:

• Presence of wrinkles: The puff shows excessive creases or “love handles” even when no one is seated.
• Sinking: The original ergonomics are impaired and the seat no longer envelops the body efficiently.

Refurbishing your furniture is a quick and highly cost-effective process. In most cases, adding a small amount of new beads is enough to restore the desired firmness without the need to empty the previous contents. However, for a total renovation and a “like new” finish, we recommend a complete replacement of the material.
