In the world of interior design we can find all kinds of projects. This week in our blog we want to show you another facet of this universe. We refer to the decoration and interior design of large surfaces such as museums, exhibitions or shopping centers. In general, these are public places of general interest, and their goal is to offer the visitor some kind of experience. Therefore, we must face a design adapted to all types of public.
At Fiaka we have already faced some of these magnificent challenges. The key to carrying out a good project of this type lies in being aware of the space. These spaces require a good interior arrangement and balance between the large space available and the furniture.
The architect Javier Dulín, relied on our experience and professionalism for the design of the Logroño volunteer fair in 2009. Our
soft round poufs
added a touch of color to this exhibition space.
The Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona (MACBA), has counted on several occasions with our professional collaboration for some of its sensory exhibition spaces. The
pear puff
is the perfect decorative element that brings character and distinction to this room.
This year we have also manufactured special furniture pieces according to the customer’s idea and design. The Science Park of Granada asked us to manufacture this circular-shaped sofa, which has quickly become the protagonist of one of its showrooms. We have also manufactured this special design piece for the congress center of Granada. A comfortable compact seat that is easy to move around in.
