In Spain, bars are part of the culture and lifestyle. Each city, each neighborhood and each type of public gives rise to different bar concepts, with very particular atmospheres, decoration and space distribution. <\/p>\n

In FIAKA<\/strong> we have been working for years with hospitality projects, designing and manufacturing furniture for bars,<\/strong> restaurants, hotels and beach clubs. We know that the style of the premises directly influences the type of furniture you need: bars, tables, benches, stools or lounge areas. <\/p>\n

That is why we have compiled some of the most common types of bars<\/strong>, to see what characterizes each one and how you can design attractive, functional spaces designed for the intensive use required by the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n

That bar where we move as if we were in the living room at home or where you don’t even need to ask the bartender for a drink because he is already preparing it at the bar as soon as he sees you walk in the door.<\/p>\n

There are many bars, but each one can be organized into a specific typology depending on its style and gastronomic offer. From Fiaka we want to compile some of the most common types of bars you can find in Spain, their characteristics and what makes them different.<\/p>\n

Traditional or tapas bar<\/h3>\n

Traditional bars are those with a typical gastronomy of the area and a rustic style of decoration.<\/p>\n

Sports-themed bars stand out for having all the walls covered with giant flat screen televisions to watch any type of sporting event. They usually serve snacks and fast food and have a good variety of beer brands.<\/p>\n

Every year, hotel bars welcome guests from all over the world. They do not usually have many dining options, but they do have a large inventory of beverages available for all types of customers.<\/p>\n
