It takes courage to transform fears into dreams. In strengths, weaknesses. This turning point marks the beginning of the entrepreneurial story of Mirza Asghar<\/strong>, founder of the Muglia restaurant chain<\/strong>. His entrepreneurial spirit was born of a day to forget, as a result of his phobia of heights. After a reprimand from his superiors, motivated by the ‘hindrances’ that his vertigo could represent when performing his work, he made a firm resolution: his bread would no longer be in the hands of others forever. He then promised himself to found his own restaurant in the future, where he could indulge his great passion: Indian cuisine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Thus were born the first two Muglia restaurants, in Almu\u00f1\u00e9car (Granada) and Malagueta Beach (M\u00e1laga), where the gastronomic tradition of the Asian country blends with a first class service. Eventually, Mirza decided to move the concept to Granada, a city he declares himself “in love” with. Thus, more than a decade ago, he closed the doors of the first two, Casillas de Prats and Plaza Nueva, in the heart of Granada.<\/p>\n

We tell you Mirza’s inspiring story to tell you about our latest project, in which we have collaborated with this entrepreneur: it’s about
\n Muglia Fast Food<\/strong>
\n<\/em>Muglia Fast Food, the first restaurant of the Turkish homemade food franchise<\/strong> that he has just founded together with Muglia I.<\/p>\n

“I lived for a few years in Istanbul (Turkey), where I got to know the ins and outs of its gastronomy,” says Mirza, who entrusted the project to Fiaka Ambient because of the possibility of

For the interior design of this restaurant he has opted for a modern style and youthful air, where the comfort of the customer is a priority. The colors that mark the identity of the restaurant evoke those of the flag of Granada, red and green. “In this way I wanted to show my affection for this land,” Mirza confesses. His intention is to keep this personal signature in the chain, with which he gives a nod to the Nasrid city. “For franchises it is vital to have their own stamp, a decoration that identifies and defines them”, emphasizes the businessman, who has entrusted Fiaka Ambient with the design of the furniture for the future premises of his franchise.<\/p>\n

“The possibility of making the furniture to measure, but above all to your taste, as you had imagined it, allows the decoration to adapt 100% to what you are looking for,” says Mirza, for whom our team of interior designers has made it possible to “improve the design” that he initially planned, he assures. “I started with a clear, well-defined concept, but thanks to the ideas that Fiaka Ambient came up with, the result has exceeded my expectations,” he adds.<\/p>\n

The restaurant’s d\u00e9cor, with an area of sofas, tables and poufs hand-embroidered with the franchise’s name, and another with personalized stools next to the bar, stands out for its cozy warmth, but also for its casual air. The type of furniture is adapted to the different environments of the premises, depending on the time of day. Thus, Muglia Fast Food operates as a fast food restaurant, highly valued for the specialties on the menu (such as delicious homemade burgers of beef, chicken, lentils, etc.. pizzas with Indian dough, Muglia-style chicken, steamed and stuffed with rice, vegetables and raisins, or kebaps, served Turkish style, i.e. with sauces on the side for garnishing), but also as a cafeteria where you can enjoy drinks at reasonable prices (3.50 euros) and sweet snacks with up to five specialties of cakes (each one more delicious): mocha, cheese, chocolate, carrot, cherry…<\/p>\n

In addition, an outdoor terrace<\/strong> will soon be inaugurated and we are already working on its decoration.<\/p>\n
