Originating from the culture associated with the musical genres of the same name, lounge<\/strong> and chill out<\/strong> decorative styles are often used, correctly, as synonyms in interior design. Not surprisingly, both aesthetics share many characteristics and their difference is a matter of nuances.<\/p>\n

Slightly more elegant, classic and glamorous than the chill out, the lounge<\/strong> is characterized by being more elaborate. The term chill out<\/strong> literally means to cool down in English. This decoration is focused on relaxation. It is usually more informal, eclectic and casual than the lounge, which allows for more licenses. However, without departing from the balance and minimalism that define this aesthetic. It usually employs elements with a rich ethnic variety, such as lamps with an Arabian touch, lanterns and lanterns, as well as mats, rugs and cushions thrown on the floor. Both styles, in which Fiaka Ambient specializes, seek comfort away from stridency, thus avoiding overloaded environments. The minimalist maxim ‘less is more’ marks both aesthetics, which usually make use of natural materials. They combine elements of Zen and Japanese styles, as well as often futuristic. Neutral colors, such as white or black, but also different shades of brown, orange, ivory, pink and mauve are typical of both styles.<\/p>\n

The lounge & chill out<\/strong> uses low, flush furniture with smooth, straight lines, as well as poufs of different styles<\/a>, pillows and cushions to accentuate the comfort of the space.
